Web Development What is it like working with No Bull Agency?

. . . in summary, a pleasure! But let’s be honest, we wouldn’t say anything else would we.
The Lead
It all starts with a lead, most of our work arrives by way of recommendation, however, we also receive brief messages via our website or social sites. When we get a lead we do a little digging around (nothing creepy) just to get an idea of what’s out there already and to make sure we, at least, have an understanding of your business area.
Initial Conversation
Be it in person, over the phone or even (if the individual prefers) via email / messenger. Next we like to understand YOU, YOUR business, YOUR thoughts, YOUR needs. We don’t necessarily get into detail at this stage but this is a chance for you to understand us and we can make sure we understand what you are looking for from your digital partner.
Proposal
During this phase we conduct further research into your requirements and put together a proposal for discussion. The proposal is usually put together by Lee in conjunction with other members of the team dependent upon the services being requested. Once the proposal is in a good place it will be sent to the customer and a follow up conversation scheduled.
Approval
The proposal is iterated upon (if required) until both parties are happy. Once we are in agreement we usually ask for an initial payment of between 20% and 50% before we commence work.
Commencement
This is where the magic really happens. Regardless of the project we are working on we provide timely updates as frequently as possible. We like to share our progress with our clients rather than use the ‘big bang’ approach as we find that people like to be involved . . . after all, they are trusting you with their business.
Fine-Tuning
Towards the completion of a project we like to have another conversation and ‘present’ our work to you. There is nothing better than seeing the smile on a customers face as we reveal the results of working together.
Second Payment
It is only after you are happy with the project that we send over an invoice for the second half of the costs. At this stage we handover all assets created and access to any sites / profiles created.
Is this goodbye?
For a handful of our clients . . . yes . . . we executed the project perfectly and have been paid for our services. For many of our clients though this is only the start of a long, mutually beneficial relationship.
Be it further graphic design, website enhancement or even consultation, it puts a smile on our face when our clients return time after time . . . we must be doing something right.
